Where is Avyaami based, and how do consultations work?
Avyaami is based in Mumbai. Consultations happen over WhatsApp, video call, or in person, whichever feels most comfortable to you. We work with clients across India, so most of our customisation conversations begin online and go from there.
Where should I start if I have no idea what I want?
That’s actually the most common place to start. Message us or book your consultation with a few words about the occasion, the person it’s for, and any rough ideas, even just a colour or a feeling. Our design team takes it from there and comes back with options.
How does the customize process work?
It starts with a conversation. Once we understand what you’re looking for, our designers create sketches and a 3D render for your approval. Nothing goes into production until you’re happy with how it looks. From first conversation to finished piece, the process typically takes 3 to 5 weeks.
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Yes. Every lab-grown diamond at Avyaami is certified by IGI or SGL. Our lab-grown emeralds are SGL certified. Certification documents are included with every piece.
What is a lab-grown diamond, and how is it different from a mined diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is physically and chemically identical to a mined diamond, same hardness, same brilliance, same composition. The only difference is where it was created. Lab-grown diamonds are produced in controlled environments, which means no mining, no ecological disruption, and full traceability from stone to setting.
